NAPLES, FLORIDA (July 12, 2012) A local Italian restaurant in Naples, Rosedale Brick Oven, has brought culinary excitement to the neighborhood, and according to Tripadvisor.com, has been ranked in the top 17% of over 560 restaurants in Naples. The restaurant opened a little over a year ago and already has expanded its services to include a catering menu. The restaurant’s popularity, with locals and visitors alike, has grown so much that Sunday, July 15th, 2012 a brunch menu will be debuted.
“What a pleasant surprise Rosedale’s is. [It’s] a homey restaurant filled with regulars eating all kinds of wonderful dishes. The smells are tantalizing, prices are excellent,” commented a recent customer. “We need more competition like this in Naples.”
Food loving patrons may now enjoy Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Menu choices include fresh baked goods, whipped gourmet omelets, pancakes infused with ricotta cheese, crepes made with caputo flour imported from Napoli, and Pancetta-Italian bacon. Each selection is made with high quality, imported ingredients and prepared with a tasty Italian twist drawn from recipes that have been handed down from generations.
“New York Italians love food-great food! It is an art form with us,” said co-owner Joe Arato. “So when our customers asked for a brunch menu we got excited and pulled out the recipes. You know good business is all about pleasing your customers and we love to do that with delicious food and hospitality!”
Rosedale Brick Oven is a Tuscan-themed Italian restaurant where the wood fired, brick oven bakes fresh bread and pizza daily, imported pastas are covered only in homemade sauces, and the owners visit with customers to make them feel at home. Catering services for special events or quiet affairs receive the same personal attention to detail. Owners Joe Arato and Joe Gonnelly are looking forward to opening a second Rosedale Brick Oven soon, in order to meet the growing demand of their clientele.
